Cookie Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon matcha powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 egg ½ teaspoon vanilla

Decorating Ingredients:

Red icing Black icing Licorice strings Conversation heart candies
